Justice R K Agrawal is appointed as NCDRC President

Justice R K Agrawal, who recently retired from the Supreme Court, has been appointed as the President of the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC). Justice Agrawal will take over from Justice DK Jain who retires on May 31. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has reportedly approved Justice Agrawal’s appointment as the President of the Commission.

Kerala BJP president Kummanam Rajasekharan was appointed as the new governor of Mizoram. He will be replacing Lieutenant General (retd) Nirbhay Sharma who is completing his tenure on May 28.
